A History of
Growth & Excellence

Lasertech Metal Works was incorporated in 2007, beginning operations in approximately 20,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in Peachtree City, Georgia. From the outset, our mission was clear: provide precision sheet metal solutions that help our customers succeed.

Over the years, sustained investment in people, equipment, and infrastructure has driven significant expansion. Today, Lasertech operates more than 100,000 square feet of some of the most capable fabrication space in the Southeast.

Our experience spans the full spectrum of sheet metal work — from OEM manufacturing and contract fabrication to prototype development and high-volume production runs. This breadth of background gives us an unusually broad perspective on what our customers need and how to deliver it efficiently.

Our workforce reflects the same diversity — a blend of industry veterans and emerging talent learning the trade alongside them. That combination of experience and energy is what allows us to take on projects ranging from a handful of custom parts to assemblies in the hundreds of thousands.

What Drives
Everything We Do

"Our success is entirely dependent on our customers' success — so we do whatever is necessary to ensure they have what they need, when they need it, to the standard they require."
01

Customer-First Flexibility

Whether you need design assistance to engineer a better part or simply want a component produced to print, Lasertech adapts to your process. We're as involved as you want us to be — no more, no less.

02

Precision & Accountability

Every part that leaves our facility must meet the customer's specifications. We hold ourselves accountable to tight tolerances and consistent quality — from prototype to production volume.

03

Responsive Partnership

Missed deadlines hurt your business. When urgent situations arise — a rushed part, a compressed lead time — we work to find a solution. Our customers' schedules are treated as our own.

04

Continuous Investment

Staying on the forefront of fabrication technology is how we ensure our customers benefit from the best processes available. We reinvest in equipment, training, and facility capacity on an ongoing basis.

05

Single-Source Efficiency

Managing multiple vendors introduces risk, cost, and delay. Lasertech's integrated in-house capabilities — cutting, forming, welding, coating, assembly — eliminate unnecessary handoffs and protect your timeline.

06

People & Craftsmanship

Our workforce combines seasoned industry veterans with the next generation of fabrication talent. That depth of knowledge and craft is what powers consistent, high-quality outcomes for every customer.

Certifications &
Quality Commitment

AWS Certified Welders

Welding personnel qualified to American Welding Society standards, ensuring consistent, code-compliant weld quality across all processes.

ISO-Aligned Quality Practices

Our fabrication processes and documentation protocols are built around internationally recognized quality management principles.

OEM & Contract Manufacturing Standards

Years serving OEM customers means our production processes, traceability, and documentation meet the demands of rigorous supply chain requirements.

In-Process Inspection

Dimensional and visual inspection checkpoints are built into every stage of production — not just at final delivery — to catch issues before they become problems.

Material Traceability

Raw material certifications and production records are maintained to support customer audit requirements and ensure material accountability throughout the supply chain.

Quality Is Not
an Afterthought

At Lasertech Metal Works, quality is built into the workflow — not inspected in at the end. From raw material receiving through laser cutting, forming, welding, and finishing, our team applies disciplined attention to dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and assembly integrity at every stage.

Our equipment investments directly support quality outcomes. State-of-the-art laser cutting systems deliver repeatable accuracy on every blank. CNC press brakes maintain consistent bend angles and dimensions across high-volume runs. Welding fixtures hold tight tolerances through each assembly sequence.

We understand that when you source a component from Lasertech, it becomes part of your product — and your reputation. That responsibility is something we take seriously. Our team knows the stakes, and our processes are designed to protect you.

Whether you are procuring a one-time prototype or establishing a long-term production supply relationship, you can expect the same level of process discipline, documentation, and communication from our team. Consistency is the foundation of trust.
